蜂花粉总黄酮的微波提取技术研究

【摘要】 以油菜蜂花粉为原料,利用微波法对蜂花粉中黄酮类物质进行提取研究,确定了微波法提取黄酮的最佳条件。试验结果表明,微波法提取蜂花粉中黄酮类物质的最佳条件为微波功率360 W,辐射时间3 min,料液比1∶25,乙醇体积分数70%;在此条件下蜂花粉总黄酮提取率为3.95%。

【Abstract】 The technology of Microwave-assisted extraction flavonoids from bee pollen are studied. Selection of colebee pollen as raw material. Use microwave extrating flavonoids from bee pollen. Determine the optimal conditions of microwave extraction of flavonoids. The results show that the best conditions microwave-assisted extraction of lavonoids from bee pollen:microwave power is 360 W, irradiation time is 3 min, solid to liquid ratio is 1 ∶25, alcohol concentration is 70%. Under these conditions,the extraction rate of flavonoids is 3.95%.
