【Abstract】 There are rich millet bran resources in China,but most of the millet bran is used as feeds,which causes serious waste of resources. Millet bran oil is a by-product of millet processing,which is rich in a variety of nutrients and bioactive factors and has broad market prospects. Nutritional compositions and physiological function of millet bran oil, preparation technology and application prospect of millet bran oil,are presented in this work,in order to provide an effective way for the comprehensive utilization of agricultural by-products.更多还原
