海洋微藻在南日鲍生态养殖中的应用研究
Study on the Application of Marine Microalgae in Abalone Culture
【摘要】 微藻在水产养殖和净化水质方面具有巨大的优势。通过研究在南日幼鲍养殖水中添加新鲜绿色巴夫藻(Pavlova viridis)和球等鞭金藻(Isochrysis galbana)对养殖水及幼鲍的影响,设置不同的光照强度,以养殖水的光吸收值、养殖水水质、幼鲍的成活率及生长情况等为指标,探讨在南日鲍养殖水中添加新鲜微藻的可行性。研究表明,在幼鲍养殖过程中,养殖水的光吸收值不宜超过0.500。经过45 d的养殖,海水中添加绿色巴夫藻,光照强度为2 000 lx(GY-H16-2 000 lx)处理组的微藻在养殖水中的生长最好,养殖水中的总氮、总磷和氨氮含量的增加最少,幼鲍成活率最高达到95%,壳长和湿质量增加比较多,壳长增长率(LGR)和增质量率(WGR)分别比对照组(没有添加微藻的海水)增加了4.81%和16.26%。因此,在鲍鱼养殖水中添加新鲜微藻既能净化养殖水的水质,又能促进鲍鱼的生长。
【Abstract】 Due to the high functional components, especially DHA and EPA in unsaturated fatty acids, marine microalgaes are widely used in various fields of food and aquaculture. Meanwhile, the microalgaes also have huge advantages in water purification. By adding the fresh microalgae to abalone aquaculture water, the results show that: in the juvenile abalone aquaculture process,aquaculture water absorption value could not be too large,preferably not more than 0.500. After 45 d of aquaculture,microalgae of GY- H16- 2 000 lx group(adding Pavlova viridis to seawater,light intensity of 2 000 lx) growed best in aquaculture water. Total nitrogen, total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen increased least, the survival rate is the highest and reached 95%;LCR(shell length growth rate) and WGR(mass growth rate) is more 4.81% and 16.26% than the control group(seawater) respectively. Therefore,the addition of fresh microalgae to the water of abalone aquaculture is feasible,not only purifying water but also promoting the growth of abalone.
