【Abstract】 Experiment teaching is an important way to improve students’ practical and innovation ability. The course of Processing and Storage of Fruit and Vegetable is a required course of food science and Engineering undergraduate. Aiming at the shortage of experimental teaching of the course, the teaching idea, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching management, reasonable evaluation system to this course are explored.
