【Abstract】 In this paper,according to the survey of the status analysis,understand to Xinjiang Tuoli county farmers engaged in agricultural science and technology training is not account for the majority people,but a strong will to participate in the training. In reality there are still about the training content,training time,training teachers,training institutions,training expenses,and many other factors,the influence of how to improve and upgrade.
