【摘要】 传统的节能潜力测算方法,或基于时间趋势,或基于横向比较,存在视角单一的缺点。根据数据包络分析方法的DEA效率和Malmquist指数法的前沿面移动效应系数,设计了综合横向比较分析和纵向时序分析的节能潜力测算方法,并给出了测算工业行业节能潜力的算例。此方法,不仅能确定研究对象相比标杆对象尚存在的节能潜力,还能确定研究对象自身随时间变化、由技术进步而产生的节能潜力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traditional methods about measuring of energy saving potential either based on the trend of time, or based on the transverse comparison, both of them have shortcomings of single perspective. We design a comprehensive method that synthesize horizontal comparative analysis and Time series analysis, which based on DEA and Malmquist index method. An example employs this method about industries gives in the end. The method can determine the energy saving potential of research object compared with benchmark study and the research object itself changes over time, the energy saving potential generated by the technological advances.更多还原
