【摘要】 目的:观察黄连紫草膏对肛裂术后创面的影响。方法:选取肛周湿疹患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组采用九华膏外用治疗,治疗组采用黄连紫草膏外用治疗,观察2周后的治疗效果。结果:治疗组的疼痛程度VAS评分、创面出血程度均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄连紫草膏对于肛裂术后创面具有良好的疗效,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To obsevve the clinical efficacy of coptis and lithospermum ointment for the healing of the wounds of after excision of annal fissure. Methods Select60 patients of annal fissure and equally assigned to the treatment group( 30 cases) and the control group( 30cases) by random number method. The control groups were only given treatment of jiuhua ointment,while the treatment groupswere given treatment of coptis and lithospermum ointment. Results The treatment groups had better outcome in degree of pain and postoperative bleeding with statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The coptis and lithospermum ointment treatment demonstrated it had the excellent clinical efficacy for the healing of the wounds of after excision of annal fissure.
