【摘要】 目的:观察快速康复外科护理模式在阑尾炎患者围术期的临床应用效果。方法:选择2013年7月至2014年6月阑尾炎手术患者50例为对照组,选择2014年7月至2015年6月阑尾炎手术患者50例为观察组。对照组采取常规护理方法,观察组围手术期应用快速康复外科护理模式,加强对患者的护理评估,实施个性化护理干预。结果:观察组术后首次下床活动时间、肛门排气恢复时间、首次排便时间、三天内发热、并发症发生率等均低于对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:对阑尾炎术患者围手术期实施快速康复外科护理可明显降低并发症,促进患者康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing on clinical effects of perioperative patients with appendicitis. Methods 50 patients with appendicitis surgery from July 2013 to June 2014,were selected as control group,50 cases of appendicitis surgery patients from July 2014 to June 2015,were selected as observation group. control group take the routine nursing care,Observation group Wai operative application of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing,strengthen the nursing assessment of patients,personalized nursing intervention.
