【Abstract】 Getting employed has become more and more difficult,college graduates’ employment market development facing with the supply and demand contradiction. Economic restructuring and inadequate employment guide,lack of the employment information and routes,low rate and job- waiting. Such kind of conditions are increasing sharply. Based on this condition,the author advanced a series of countermeasures.
