低温焦油乳化制备煤炭浮选剂的实验研究

【摘要】 以煤焦油为原料低温乳化制备煤炭浮选剂,研究不同因素对煤焦油乳液性质的影响。此外,将所制备的煤炭浮选剂与煤油的浮选性能进行对比。结果表明:所制备的焦油乳液浮选性能与煤油相当,但选择性优于煤油,同时油用量大大下降,既降低了浮选成本,又为煤焦油的综合利用开辟了新途径。

【Abstract】 Low temperature tar as raw material to prepare coal flotation agent. Different factors have effect on the coal tar emulsion properties has been studied. Furthermore, in respect of flotation,comparison of the low temperature tar emulsion with kerosene in this study. The result shown that low temperature tar and kerosene share the same abilities for flotation. However, the selectivity of low temperature tar emulsion is better, it can greatly reduce oil consumption and flotation cost. Meanwhile,creating a new way for the comprehensive utilization of coal tar.
