白音华褐煤热萃取过程中热解气体的研究

【摘要】 以N-甲基吡咯烷酮为溶剂,利用气相色谱对白音华褐煤在热萃取过程中产生的热解气体进行了研究。考察了温度对煤热解气体的影响。结果表明:热解产生的气体中主要有CO、CO2、O2、H2、CH4等,提高热萃取温度可以明显加快煤分子的断键程度以及气体生成速率,气体产率和脱氧率显著升高。

【Abstract】 N-methyl pyrrolidone as solvent, pyrolysis gas produced from Baiyinhua lignite during thermal extraction was studied by gas chromatography. The effects of temperature on coal pyrolysis gas were investigated. The results showed that: Pyrolysis gas produced mainly in CO, CO2, O2, H2, CH4, etc.,The increase of heat extraction temperature can significantly increase the degree of bond breaking and the gas formation rate, the gas yield and the rate of oxygen increase significantly.
