煤粉种类对骨料烘干煤粉燃烧器排放特性的影响分析

【摘要】 以内蒙古地区的烟煤、无烟煤、褐煤为分析对象,对其燃烧过程进行数值模拟分析,可以得出:煤的着火温度越高,煤粉在燃烧器内越不容易燃烬,导致CO排放量高;NO和SO2的排放量除了与煤炭中氮和硫的含量有关外,还受温度及氧含量的影响,煤炭中氮和硫的含量增加,NO及SO2的排放量会增加,在燃烧温度高且氧气量充足的情况下,NO及SO2的排放量会进一步增加。

【Abstract】 Taking bituminous coal, anthracite, lignite in inner Mongolian area as analysis object, with the numerical simulation, analysis and contrast of the combustion process, it can be concluded that the higher the ignition temperature of coal is, the less flammable the pulverized coal in the burner is. This leads to the higher discharge of CO.The emissions of NO and SO2 are not only related to the content of nitrogen and sulfur in coal, but also affected by the temperature and oxygen content in the combustion process. As the contents of nitrogen and sulfur in coal and the emissions of NO and SO2 increase, with high temperature of burning and abundant oxygen, the emissions of NO and SO2 will also increase further.
