褐煤吸附处理吲哚溶液试验研究

【摘要】 为探究煤粉对有机污染物的吸附性能,采用微波预处理后的细粒煤粉吸附处理吲哚溶液。利用Design-Expert 8.0软件设计褐煤对吲哚溶液的吸附试验;建立了吲哚去除率与试验因素之间的关系模型,得出了吲哚去除率的残差分布,以及不同因素之间的去除率等值线和三维关系图。

【Abstract】 To increase the pulverized coal′ s adsorption of organic pollutants, fine pulverized using microwave pretreated adsorbed indole solution. The experiment plan of lignite adsorbing indole solution was designed using Design-Expert 8.0 software, and a relation model of the removal rate of indole solution with different operating variables for the test is established. Normal probability plot of the removal rate of indole solution, respone surface and contours for desirability function of the removal rate of indole solution with different factors are given.
