【Abstract】 Main phenomenon of crisis in coal industry since 2012 are summarized. And that it is pointed out that to establish studying and judging mechanism, as well as crisis management modes,corresponding to the crisis a hen can guarantee the stable economic operation for large state-owned coal enterprises.
