【摘要】 针对晋煤集团古书院矿152303工作面生产设备控制分散、效率低下等问题,采用MATLAB和WinCC相结合的方式,分析了现有系统的特点,提出了在集控平台下的多装备统一协同的智能化集中控制方法,实现了液压支架、运输三机和带式输送机与采煤机在水平方向和垂直方向的协同工作。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of decentralized control and low efficiency on in the 152303 fully mechanized mining equipment of Gushuyuan of Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group, which was based on using MATLAB and WinCC combination way, was developed. The characteristics of existing systems were analyzed and the general intelligent control method of equipment coordination under the integration control platform was proposed. In this way, the collaborative control of three machine, belt conveyor and hydraulic support to work with shearer in the horizontal and vertical directions was realized.
