垂直救援提升机PLC变频电控系统设计
Design of Frequency Conversion Electric Control System for Vertical Rescue Hoist Based on PLC
【摘要】 提出一种移动式的简易救援提升机电控系统,采用双PLC变频自动化控制系统,具有提升机调速平稳、控制性能好等优点。最后运用数据采集仪对PLC模块速度及制动油压数据进行采集,其曲线变化规律与设计相符,验证了系统的可靠性。
【Abstract】 Proposes a mobile and simple electric control system for rescue hoist used double PLC variable frequency automatic control system. It has the advantages of smooth speed regulation,good control performance and so on. Finally,collecting the data of PLC module speed and brake oil pressure by data acquisition instrument,the variation of its curves is consistent with design and verify the reliability of the system.
