基于反射光模型红外甲烷传感器的信号处理
Infrared Methane Sensor Signal Processing Based on Reflected Model
【摘要】 建立了红外甲烷传感器的反射光检测模型,对于检测微弱的光电信号进行了电路的设计,从理论计算和性能研究对比,得出满足传感器中心频率在2 Hz,噪声低,通频带窄,放大倍数大的设计要求。在标定实验的基础上,进行浓度公式的多项式拟合。实现了低浓度的精确测量,高浓度的预警作用。
【Abstract】 For detecting weak photoelectric signal circuit was designed, and reflection type detection model for methane gas sensor is proposed. Comparing theoretical calculation and performance study,design requirements including sensors center frequency in 2 Hz, low noise, narrow transmission bands and a huge amplification are met. On the basis of the calibration experiments, the concentration of polynomial equations was obtained, so a precise measurement of low concentration and high concentration of early warning are achieved.
