高分子量聚丙烯酰胺在加压过滤中助滤作用的试验研究
Experiment study of filtration promotion by high molecular polyacrylamide
【摘要】 模拟加压过滤机的工作原理,设计了一种加压过滤试验装置,选取了两种不同灰分、泥化严重、可滤性很差的动力煤选煤厂的煤泥,利用该装置研究了不同分子量聚丙烯酰胺对两种煤泥加压过滤的助滤效果;试验表明,随着聚丙烯酰胺分子量的增加,滤饼水分降低,处理量增加;随着煤泥的灰分增加,滤饼水分增加,处理量降低。
【Abstract】 Working principle of filter press simulated,facility for press filtration designed, taking two slimes from steam coal preparation plants, which being different in ash content but both being low in filtration ability and seriously slimming; polyacrylamide of different molecular weight used for these two slimes,experiment denoted that with increase of its molecular weight,moisture content of filtering cake lowered down,production capacity and ash content of cake increased.
