【摘要】 目的:探讨密闭负压引流(VSD)技术治疗大面积头面部皮肤损伤患者的临床价值;方法:40例因外伤导致头面部皮肤大面积损伤的患者按治疗方法的不同分为两组,其中观察组22例,行清创后密闭负压引流(VSD)技术治疗,对照组18例,行常规清创换药治疗。两组患者后期均需行植皮修复治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效。结果:两组患者在创面恢复情况、植皮手术准备时间、疼痛程度及所植皮成活情况方面均存在明显差异(P<0.05),观察组均优于对照组。结论:和传统方法相比,密闭负压引流(VSD)技术在治疗大面积头面部皮肤损伤中优势明显,缩短了病程,减轻了患者痛苦,提高了疗效,值得在临床上推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of VSD technology in the treatment of patients with extensive injury in craniofacial skin. Methods 40 cases with extensive injury in craniofacial skin caused by trauma were divided into two groups according to therapeutic methods.22 cases(VSD group)were treated by VSD technology after debridement.Other18 cases(control group)were treated by conventional debridement dressing.Two groups of patients all needed skin graft to repairing in the later treatment.Two group of patients were compared with clinical effects. Results There were significant differences(P<0.05) in injury recovery,time of preparing to skin graft,degree of pain and skin graft survival between two groups,which the VSD group were better than the control group. Conclusion Compared with trational method, VSD technology which was deserved to be popularized clinically had significant advantages in treatment of extensive injury in craniofacial skin.
