微创抽吸技术治疗腋臭临床研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨微创抽吸除腋臭的临床治疗效果。方法:对60例腋臭患者按不同时间随机分为微创抽吸组30例和小切口切除组30例。行微小切口置入抽吸针抽吸腋区皮下大汗腺组织及腋窝两处小切口切除大汗腺组织。术后观察手术切口愈合情况及手术效果。结果:术后随访6~24个月(平均11个月),微创抽吸组60侧腋窝治愈率(痊愈、显效)93.3%,甲级愈合53侧,乙级愈合6侧,丙级愈合1侧,小切口切除术59侧腋窝治愈率(痊愈、显效)94.9%,甲级愈合30侧,乙级愈合25侧,丙级愈合4侧,两组治愈率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);微创抽吸组伤口愈合情况良好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创抽吸术治疗腋臭反应轻、愈合快、瘢痕不明显、效果显著,值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of osmidrosis with minimally invasive aspiration therapy. Methods 60 patients with osmidrosis were included and divided into two groups(30 patients by minimally invasive suction and 30 patients by mini-incision)according to different period. Aspirating needle was inserted into the axillaries regions to aspirate the tissue of apocrine gland and eccrine gland. The operative incision and effect were observed after surgery. Results Follow-up was conducted for 6 to 27 months(11months on average). Among 60 cases in minimally suction group, the cure rate was 93.3%, the healing grade A 53 cases, B 6 cases, C 1 case. Among 59 cases in mini-incision group, the cure rate was 94.9%, the healing grade A 30 cases, B 25 cases, C 4 cases. There was significantly statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The operative incision in minimally suction group was good(P<0.05). Conclusion minimally aspiration therapy is effective with light reaction, quickly recover, unobvious scar, and is worth promoting.
