【摘要】 目的:探讨小切口Park法重睑术联合改良Park-Z内眦赘皮成形术的手术要点及其改进后的效果。方法:手术在局麻下进行,先行小切口Park法重睑术,再行改良Park-Z内眦赘皮成形术。结果:23例患者除2例在早期觉得内眦瘢痕略不满意,其余均十分满意。但此2例患者待后期瘢痕软化后,也获得满意。结论:小切口Park法重睑术联合改良Park-Z内眦赘皮成形术具有重睑术后形态自然、肿胀轻、恢复快、内眦手术区瘢痕轻等手术特点,是一种很好手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effectiveness, key points and improvements in surgery of using limited-incision Park method blepharoplasty together with modified Park-Z epicanthoplasty. Methods On the condition of local anesthesia, taking the limited-incision Park method blepharoplasty first and then using the modified Park-Z epicanthoplasty. Results Only 2 patients among the 23 cases were not satisfied with the inner canthus scars in early period who later became satisfied after the scars were softened. Conclusion It is a good surgical method to use limited-incision Park method blepharoplasty together with modified Park-Z epicanthoplasty because of its advantages including natural postoperative form, slighter swelling, quicker recovery and less scars in the operative area of inner canthus.更多还原
