【摘要】 目的:评价皓齿微研磨糊剂联合皓齿Opalescence Quick PF漂白系统在氟斑牙美白治疗中的临床疗效。方法:64例氟斑牙患者,按轻、中、重度随机分为A、B两组。A组:采用皓齿微研磨糊剂进行治疗;B组:采用皓齿微研磨糊剂联合Opalescence Quick PF漂白系统进行治疗,用Vita比色板做漂白前后对比,并计算各组有效率,同时观察美白后牙齿敏感情况。结果:A组、B组轻度氟斑牙患者有效率较高,两组间在统计学上无显著性差异(P>0.05),A组中、重度氟斑牙患者与B组在统计学上有显著性差异(P<0.05)。术后敏感1周后可恢复至术前。结论:轻度氟斑牙可单纯采取皓齿微研磨糊剂进行漂白,中、重度氟斑牙采取皓齿微研磨糊剂联合皓齿Opalescence Quick PF漂白系统效果更好,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Opalustre and Opalescence Quick PF in bleaching for dental fluorosis. Methods A total of 64 patients with light, medium and heavy dental fluorosis which needed bleaching treatment were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups: group A and group B. 32 patients with 192 dental fluorosis from the group A were treated with Opalustre bleaching; 32 patients with 192 dental fluorosis from the group B were treated with Opalustre and Opalescence Quick PF bleaching. The effects of bleaching were evaluated by Vita shade guide matching after treatment. Assessment of tooth sensitivity was carried out by visual analogue scale. Results Good bleaching efficacy was achieved in the light dental fluorosis patients from 2 groups. No statistically significant difference was found in bleaching efficacy between group A and group B with light dental fluorosis(P>0.05). Statistically significant difference was found in in bleaching efficacy between group A and group B with medium and heavy dental fluorosis. Group B were better than group A for the medium and heavy dental fluorosis(P<0.05).The level of tooth sensitivity in group of dental fluorosis also recovered within one week. Conclusion Stable and satisfactory effectiveness can be achieved in bleaching only by Opalustre with light dental fluorosis.For medium and heavy dental fluorosis, combination of orderly methods of Opalustre and Opalescence Quick PF is more effective and convenient.更多还原
