【摘要】 目的:观察强脉冲光联合果酸在面部年轻化治疗中的疗效和安全性,探寻一种费用相对低廉、安全性高、美容效果良好的年轻化治疗手段。方法:选择2014年4月-2016年1月在笔者科室就诊的因面部衰老状况明显而要求年轻化治疗的180例就医者,随机分为三组。实验组:68例,采用强脉冲光联合果酸治疗;果酸治疗组:54例,仅采用与实验组相同规格、涂抹次数的果酸进行治疗;强脉冲光组:58例,采用同实验组相同治疗强度与频次的强脉冲光治疗。每组各治疗一个疗程,治疗后随访3~6个月,比较各组治疗后的美容效果。结果:实验组有效率(92.6%)明显高于果酸治疗组(62.9%)、强脉冲光组(68.9%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:强脉冲光联合果酸行面部年轻化治疗效果显著,其疗效明显优于单纯果酸或单纯强脉冲光治疗,综合优势明显,适合推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a safe and effective way for facial rejuvenation through observing the effects of IPL combined with AHAs in the treatment. Methods From January 2013 to December 2015,180 cases with aging skin were randomly divided into three groups in our hospital.Group A had 68 cases,they were treated by IPL combined with AHAs.Group B had 54 cases,they were treated by AHAs. Group C had 54 cases,they were treated by IPL.Each group had one course for treatment.After treatment, the patients were followed up for 6 to 3 months. The cosmetic results after treatment were compared. Results The effective rate of the group A(92.6%) was significantly higher than that of group B(62.9%),and group C(68.9%). The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion It has significant effect of IPL combined with AHAs in the treatment of facial rejuvenation. The comprehensive advantages are obvious, and the therapeutic effect is better than that of the single treatment method,and suitable for general hospitals.更多还原
