【摘要】 目的:探讨小儿先天性手指屈曲畸形手术治疗的方法与疗效。方法:对10例患儿的28个手指选择个体化的手术方法,根据屈曲程度的不同采取不同的手术方式,根据PIP的改善程度,评判治疗效果,对其手术治疗方法及疗效进行回顾性分析。结果:通过随访发现,采取不同的手术方式来治疗,28个手指功能均明显改善,PIP伸屈度改善优良,移植皮片成活优良。结论:小儿先天性手指屈曲畸形患者,根据不同的屈曲畸形程度,对其选择相应的手术方案可取得良好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical experience for the surgical treatment of congenital camptodactyly. Methods Of 10 cases of 28 fingers choose individualized surgical method, depending on the buckling degree to adopt different ways of operation, according to the degree of the improvement of the PIP, judge the curative effect and the operative methods and curative effect were retrospectively analyzed. Results Through follow-up found that take different operation method to treat,28 fingers function were significantly improved, PIP curl degree improvement is good, perfect transplant skin graft survived.
