【摘要】 阐述了进行城市天然气管网规划经济性评价的必要性,通过资料搜集、专家研讨、理论分析,建立了城市天然气管网规划经济性评价指标体系,以G1赋权法和模糊综合评价理论为基础,构建了"G1赋权法-模糊综合评价"城市天然气管网规划经济性评价模型。综合专家意见确定了城市天然气管网规划经济性评价指标的序关系和相邻评价指标之间相对重要程度赋值,并利用G1赋权法计算得到了城市天然气管网规划经济性评价指标的权重。按照模糊综合评价方法,对北京市A、B、C、D等4条规划天然气管道进行了城市天然气管网规划经济性评价的实例应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The necessity for economic evaluation of city natural gas pipeline network planning is elaborated.The index system for economic evaluation of city natural gas pipeline network planning is established by data collection,expert discussion and theoretical analysis.The economic evaluation model of city gas pipeline network planning is built based on the G1 weighting method and theories of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The relative importance assignment between the order relation of economic evaluation indexes of city natural gas pipeline network planning and the adjacent evaluation indexes is determined by synthesizing the expert opinion,and the weights of economic evaluation indexes of city natural gas pipeline network planning are calculated by the G1 weighting method.The economic evaluation of four planned gas pipelines including A,B,C and D in Beijing City is carried out by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.更多还原
