【摘要】 目的分析前列腺结石发病的相关危险因素,为前列腺结石的预防和治疗提供科学依据。方法回顾性分析2014年7月至2016年6月因下尿路症状来院就诊的601例患者的临床资料,根据有无前列腺结石分为阳性组和阴性组,比较两组的年龄、前列腺体积、体重指数(BMI)、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)、慢性前列腺炎以及尿路结石有无差异,并进行单因素和多因素Logistics回归分析可能的危险因素。结果阳性组的年龄、前列腺体积、慢性前列腺炎发生率明显高于阴性组(P<0.05),BMI、PSA、尿路结石发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。前列腺结石的发生与年龄(OR=1.051,P<0.001)、慢性前列腺炎(OR=1.567,P=0.010)显著相关,与前列腺增生、BMI、尿路结石无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论年龄、慢性前列腺炎是前列腺结石发病的独立危险因素,前列腺增生可能增加前列腺结石发病的风险,前列腺结石对PSA无影响,BMI和尿路结石可能不是前列腺结石的危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the risk factors of prostatic calculi.Methods Clinical data of 601 patients with lower urinary tract symptoms treated in Zhongnan Hospital during Jul.2014 and Jun.2016 were retrospectively analyzed.Thepatients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the presence of prostatic calculi.Patientsage,prostate volume,body mass index(BMI),prostate-specific antigen(PSA),chronic prostatitis and complicated urinary calculi were compared between the two groups.The possible risk factors were analyzed with univariate and multivariate Logistic regression methods.Results The age,prostate volume and chronic prostatitis were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05),and there were no statistical significances in BMI,PSA and occurrence of complicated urinary calculi(P>0.05).The occurrence of prostate calculi significantly associated with age(OR=1.051,P<0.001),chronic prostatitis(OR=1.567,P=0.010),but not with benign prostatic hyperplasia,BMI,and urinary tract stones(P>0.05).Conclusions Age and chronic prostatitis are the independent risk factors of prostate calculi.Benign prostatic hyperplasia may increase the risk of prostate calculi.Prostatic calculi has no effect on PSA.BMI and urinary tract stones may not be the risk factors of prostate calculi.更多还原
