【摘要】 目的研究青年男性勃起功能障碍(ED)患者精神心理状态特点并分析与勃起功能国际问卷(IIEF-5)评分的相关性。方法选择自2013年1月至2014年12月期间到我院泌尿外科就诊的青年ED患者60例,明确诊断后采用精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)评估患者精神心理状态,采用IIEF-5评定患者勃起功能。结果 ED患者量表中敌对、恐怖评分及阳性项目数较常模有显著升高(P<0.05),躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性评分较常模有极显著性差异(P<0.01),强迫、人际关系、偏执评分较常模虽有升高但未见显著统计学差异(P>0.05)。60例ED患者中轻度35例,中度15例,重度10例。相关性分析表明,IIEF-5评分与SCL-90总分未见显著相关性(r=0.017,P>0.05),IIEF-5评分与SCL-90阳性项目数呈显著负相关(r=-0.276,P<0.05)。结论 SCL-90量表阳性项目总数与勃起功能显著相关,精神心理状态异常是导致青年人群发生ED的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the mental and psychological characteristics of young men with erectile dysfunction(ED)and analyze their association with IIEF-5 score.Methods A total of 60 ED cases treated during Jan.2013 and Dec.2014 were enrolled.The patients’mental and psychological states were assessed with SCL-90 scale,and their erectile dysfunction was evaluated with IIEF-5.Results Hostility,phobic anxiety and positive items significantly increased compared with the norm(P<0.05);somatization,depression,anxiety,psychotism showed significant difference(P<0.01);obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,paranoid ideation increased slightly but showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Mild,moderate and severe ED were diagnosed in 35,15 and 10 cases,respectively.Correlation analysis showed that IIEF-5 score and total SCL-90 score were not significantly correlated(r=0.017,P>0.05);IIEF-5 score and SCL-90 positive items showed significant negative correlation(r=-0.276,P<0.05).Conclusion The total number of positive items of SCL-90 scale and erectile dysfunction were significantly correlated.Abnormal mental and psychological states are important factors leading to the occurrence of ED in young people.更多还原
