微重力条件下中空纤维膜式水气分离器分离性能研究

【摘要】 主要研究中长期载人航天任务中微重力条件下的膜法水气分离问题,以中空纤维超滤膜为基础,通过自行设计的微重力条件下地面试验系统对膜式水气分离器的分离性能进行研究,考察阻力降、水/气体积比和重力等因素对水气分离器分离性能的影响.研究发现,在一定操作条件下,膜通量随着阻力降的升高或者水/气体积比的增大而增大;重力对分离过程无明显影响.中空纤维超滤膜具有在微重力条件下进行水气分离的能力,为膜式水气分离器在载人航天中应用提供支持.

【Abstract】 The separation properties of water/gas membrane separator under microgravity in long term manned space flight were studied.The ground test system under microgravity was set up,and the influence of pressure drop,volume ratio of water/gas mixture and gravity factor on separation performance of water/gas separator with hollow fiber membrane was investigated.It was found that the water permeate flux of water/gas membrane separator increased with the increase of pressure drop and the volume ratio of water/gas mixture.Gravity almost did not affect the separation performance.It is proved that hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane can be used to separate water from water/gas mixture under microgravity,and it can provide support for the application of membrane water/gas separator in manned space flight.
