加工具有分度对称平行面薄壁铝制零件的装置设计
With Design Processing Device of Indexing Symmetrical Parallel Thinaluminium Parts
【摘要】 以具有分度对称平行表面薄壁铝制零件为例,针对其结构特点,在分析其传统加工工艺的基础上,创新工艺思路,设计出加工专用装置。加工装置在车床的基础上,改变其加工传统模式,有效解决生产中零件加工单向受力、薄壁易变形、效率低等问题,使生产粗精加工一次走刀完成,装置调整、操作方便。该装置在生产中可根据不同零件的结构特点,适当调整使用,为生产加工提供了新思路。
【Abstract】 With indexing symmetrical parallel thin-walled aluminum parts as an example, according to its structural characteristics, based on the analysis of the traditional processing technology, innovative technology ideas, special processing device design. Processing device in lathe based, change the motion processing principle, effectively solve the production parts machining of unidirectional stress,deformable thin, low efficiency, the production of coarse and fine processing of a tool to complete,adjusting device, and the operation is convenient. According to the structural characteristics of different parts, the device can be adjusted in order to provide a new idea for the production and processing.
