基于混沌及分形理论的异步电动机断条故障诊断方法研究

【摘要】 提出一种基于混沌及分形理论的鼠笼式异步电动机转子断条故障辨识方法。重构信号时间序列的相空间以及计算关联维数和分形维数,探讨了故障和正常状态下的信号混沌及分形特性。用互信息量的方法计算了重构空间的最佳延时,同时根据互信息量关系图对故障断条数量进行了有效辨识。研究表明,该方法具有较好的故障诊断效果。

【Abstract】 Proposes an identification method for rotor-bar breakage fault diagnosis of the induction motor based on the chaos and the fractal theories. Through the phase space reconstruction of signal time series and the calculation of correlation dimension and fractal dimension,researches the chaos and fractal characteristics of signal under normal and fault states. Calculates the best delay of the reconstructed space with the relative information method,and makes a valid identification on the number of broken bars based on the relative information graph. The study shows that the fault diagnosis effect of the method is distinct.
