气体流场动态平衡多点调控技术

【摘要】 基于矿井通风理论,系统分析了浅埋藏近距离煤层群开采条件下多层复合采空区内气体流场的漏风状态、漏风源、汇节点及压能均衡要素,依据多点联合调控的理念,集成了密闭堵漏、地表裂隙回填封堵、采动裂隙"O形圈"重点漏风通道封堵、关键层采空区注氮增压、工作面系统风窗-风机调压等技术的特点和优势,形成了气体流场动态平衡多点调控技术,于回采工作面、上覆采空区、灾变区域之间实现气体流场的"动态平衡",达到抑制有害气体侵入、减少采空区供氧的目的,通过在现场的实际应用,取得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of mine ventilation,the paper systematically analyzed the air leakage condition,sources and collection nodes,pressure energy balance elements of multilayer compound gob gas flow field under the mining conditions of shallow burial and close distance coal seams.According to the idea of multipoint joint adjusting and control,the multipoint joint adjusting and control technology for dynamic balance of gas flow field was formed,which integrated the characteristics and advantages of sealed blockage,backfilling and plugging for surface fractures,key air leakage passageway plugging of mining-induced fissure " O-ring",increasing pressure by nitrogen injection in critical layer gob,system wind window of working face and fan pressure regulating.The technology makes working face,overlying gob,disaster area realize " dynamic balance" of gas flow fields and achieve the purpose of restraining the harmful gas invasion and reducing oxygen to gob.Through the practical application in the field,it achieved good results.
