差速传动轮成形工艺分析与精冲模设计
The Technology and Design Differential-Drive Rouad for the Switch Valve of Linkage Proportion
【摘要】 分析了差速传动轮冲压成形工艺特点,设计了一副带氮气弹簧的复合精冲模,并对精冲凸模结构和模具材料选用及热处理工艺进行分析,提出该副模具设计要点。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the technology of the Differential-drive rouad of Linkageproportion, designed a blank-and-pierce die with nitrogen spring, analyzed the structure of thepunch and the heat treatment, and pointed out the essential of the die design.
