基于数值仿真的汽车前纵梁回弹控制方法研究
A method for springback control of automobile front longitudinal beam based on numerical simulation
【摘要】 针对某汽车前纵梁成形回弹严重的问题,基于Autoform仿真软件对该前纵梁的成形过程进行了仿真研究,通过对成形后侧壁的主应力历史及残余应力状态的研究,揭示了引起侧壁翘曲回弹的原因。同时,通过对成形工艺过程进行改进,减轻了侧壁成形过程中的弯曲与反弯曲加载过程,使侧壁翘曲回弹得到显著改善。
【Abstract】 Numerical simulation of the forming process of the front longitudinal beam of a vehicle is presented by using Autoform in this study,for the purpose of solving the serious springback problem after forming.The reason of side wall warp is revealed by analyzing the history of major stress during the forming process as well as the residual stress after forming.Meanwhile,the forming process is improved to reduce bending and reverse bending loading cycles of the side wall,so that the side wall warp is significantly improved.
