【摘要】 分析了校企合作中高职院校与合作企业的工作差异,同时,研究了安冶学院冶金专业群校企合作的现状,探讨了校企深度合作路径的构建。结果表明:校企合作应基于价值互补的理念开展,高职院校需围绕企业做好具体工作,自下而上地体现高职教育的价值创新;专业教师是校企合作中的关键因素,校企合作可有效提升师资能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The differences between Higher Vocational Colleges and cooperative enterprises in the school-enterprise cooperation was analyzes,the present situation of school-enterprise cooperation of metallurgy specialty group in Anhui Vocational College of Metallurgy and Technology was studied and the construction path of cooperation between colleges and enterprises was discussed in this paper. The result shows: school-enterprise cooperation should be carried out based on the concept of value complementarity and higher vocational colleges need work around the specific jobs of enterprises that reflect the vocational education from below; professional teachers were the key factor in school-enterprise cooperation and school-enterprise cooperation can improve the ability of teachers effectively.更多还原
