【摘要】 采用整体封片法和醋酸酐分解法,在光学显微镜下测定了云南苕子蜜中花粉的相对含量,并通过扫描电镜观察花粉形态特征。研究结果表明:苕子蜜中花粉总数和该蜜源花粉数分别为9493±780个/g和4780±250个/g,花粉粒具有1孔沟,近长球形,极面观圆形,赤道面观椭圆形,花粉大小约33.26μm×20.66μm。更多还原

【Abstract】 We used slide-integratd technique and acetic anhydride technique to measure the relative pollen content and morphological characteristics of pollen from vicia villosa roth honey of Yunnan.Our results showed that the total number of pollen grain from vicia villosa roth honey and pure pollen grain from vicia villosa roth was 9493± 780 /g and 4780± 250 /g,respectively.The volume of pollen grain was 33.26 μm×20.66 μm with one colporate in it,and the shape of pollen grain was subprolate in overall view,rounded in polar view and elliptical in equatorial view.更多还原
