【摘要】 以60 Nm/2丝光羊毛纱为原料,在降低成本的同时,使丝光羊毛围巾既具有羊绒一般的滑爽柔软,又能有丝般的光泽。根据不同产品风格需要,选择合适的织物组织结构和生产规格,创新的开发出具有特殊条格、经浮线、纬浮线、经纬浮线结合以及透孔组织样式的围巾,选用不同的纱线颜色搭配,并进行小样试织,最终实现了大规模生产,该产品不起球,舒适、立体感强,外观精美,拥有较强实用性的同时又具有装饰性能,满足了消费者的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this design,in order to give the scarf which we made has a relatively low cost and has both cashmere smooth and soft silky luxury,we use the 60 Nm /2 mercerized wool as raw materials. On the basis of the different style demand,the right fabric organization structure and production specifications were chosen,and the scarf which has a special symmetrical tripe and check,the warp floating line,the weft floating line,warp / weft float combination line and mesh organizing style were innovation produced,meanwhile match the different colour yarn,in addition through the samples that made of low rate initial production verified the feasibility of processing large scale production. At the same time,the fabrics which use mercerized wool results to a more fashion product and processes characterized of anti-felting,anti-pilling,comfortable,good stereoscopic and a elegant appearance effect. The scarf not only has a strong practical applicability but also has a property of decorate.更多还原
