【摘要】 探讨精梳棉/纳米银抗菌涤纶/菠萝叶纤维50/30/20 18.2tex纱的生产要点。介绍了菠萝叶纤维的性能特点。根据菠萝叶纤维、纳米银抗菌涤纶和棉纤维的性能确定了混纺比例;设计了各组分纤维的混和方法及纺纱生产工艺流程,对各工序工艺参数进行了优化,并采取了必要的关键技术措施,纺制出了质量水平较好的三组分混纺纱。认为:菠萝叶纤维的混和方式、预处理和混和生条的预并条工艺等是保证混纺纱生产过程顺利和成纱质量的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 The production key points of combed cotton/nano silver antibacterial polyester/pineapple leaf fiber 50/30/20 18.2tex yarn were discussed.The properties of pineapple leaf fiber were introduced.According to the properties of pineapple leaf fiber,nano silver antibacterial polyester and cotton fiber,the blending ratio was confirmed.The blending method of each component fiber and spinning production process flow were designed.The process technology parameters were optimized.Necessary key technology measures were taken.Three components blended yarn with better quality was spun.It is considered that the blending method of pineapple leaf fiber,pretreatment and pre-drawing process of blended sliver etc.are the key to ensure success production and quality for the blended yarn.更多还原
