用二维相关红外光谱鉴别羊毛和羊绒的研究

【摘要】 研究分析羊毛及羊绒的红外光谱。采用变温傅立叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱技术,分别测试了羊毛和羊绒的红外一维光谱、红外二阶导数光谱和二维相关同步红外光谱。研究发现:羊毛和羊绒同时存在着υasCH3、υasCH2、υsCH3、υC=O、δN—H+νC—N、δN—H+υC—N和δS—O等。研究还发现:在2 800cm-1~3 000cm-1、1100cm-1~1 700cm-1和1 000cm-1~1 100cm-1频率区间内,采用传统的红外一维光谱法和红外二阶导数光谱法不能有效区分羊毛和羊绒。而采用二维相关同步红外光谱,在2 800cm-1~3 000cm-1和1 000cm-1~1100cm-1频率范围内,可以清晰地区分羊毛和羊绒。认为:采用二维相关同步红外光谱技术,可以有效区分羊毛纤维和羊绒纤维。

【Abstract】 Identification of wool and cashmere fiber with two-dimensional correlation synchronization infrared spectrum was studied.Temperature variable Fourier transform attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy was adopted.Infrared one-dimensional spectrum,second derivative infrared spectra and two-dimensional correlation synchronization infrared spectrum of wool and cashmere were studied.The study shows thatυas CH3,υas CH2,υs CH3,υC=O,δN—H+υC—N,δN—H+υC—N,δS—Oand so on were existed in both wool and cashmere.It is still found that adopting traditional infrared one-dimensional spectrum and second derivative infrared spectra can not distinguish wool and cashmere effectively in the frequency range of 2 800cm-1~3 000cm-1,1 100cm-1~1 700cm-1 and1 000cm-1~1 100cm-1.However,wool and cashmere can be clearly distinguished in the frequency range of2 800cm-1~ 3 000cm-1 and 1 000cm-1~1 100cm-1 by using two-dimensional correlation synchronization infrared spectrum.It is considered that wool and cashmere can be clearly distinguished by two-dimensional correlation synchronization infrared spectrum.
