SiO2-FeO-CaO-Na2O渣系锑氧粉还原熔炼研究
Study on Reduction Smelting of Sb2O3 in SiO2-FeO-CaO-Na2O Slag System
【摘要】 设计了一种适用于锑氧粉熔池还原熔炼的低熔点渣SiO2:FeO:CaO:Na2O=30:34:12:24,通过单因素试验法研究熔炼时间、焦率和熔炼温度对锑氧粉还原熔炼过程的影响。得到的最佳条件为:熔炼时间50 min、焦率12.5%、熔炼温度1 000℃,在此最优条件下进行扩大试验,金属锑直收率为92.66%,渣含锑为1.06%,粗锑品位为97.09%,均优于传统反射炉工艺。
【Abstract】 A low melting point slag system of SiO2:FeO:CaO:Na2O=30:34:12:24was selected to investigate effect of smelting time,coke rate,and smelting temperature on reduction smelting of antimony oxide in bath smelting.Average direct recovery rate of metallic antimony is 92.66% with antimony grade of 97.09%,and average mass fraction of antimony in slag is 1.06% under the optimum conditions including smelting time of 50 min,coke rate of 12.5%,and smelting temperature of 1 000 ℃.Those indexes are all superior to those of traditional reverberatory process.
