从湿法锌冶炼废渣中高效回收银的研究
High Efficiency Recovery of Silver from Slag of Zinc Hydrometallurgy
【摘要】 针对硫酸钙含量高的锌冶炼废渣中银回收困难的问题,对浸银体系进行筛选,得出"NaCl+H2SO4+NaClO3"为最佳浸银体系。最佳工艺条件为:酸浸渣50g、氯化钠浓度300g/L、液固比5∶1、硫酸用量6g、氯酸钠用量3g、浸出温度90℃、浸出时间3h。在此最优条件下,银浸出率达到97%,铅浸出率达到91%。
【Abstract】 To address difficulty to recover silver from zinc slag with high content of calcium sulfate,silver leaching system was screened."NaCl+ H2SO4 + NaClO3"is the optimum system for silver leaching.Leaching rate of silver and lead is 97%and 91%respectively under the optimum conditions including acidleaching slag of 50 g,NaCl concentration of 300g/L,ratio of liquid to solid of 5∶1,H2SO4 dosage of 6g,NaClO3 dosage of 3g,reaction temperature of 90 ℃,and leaching time of 3h.
