矿浆电解溶液中锑铁分离研究
Study on Separation of Iron and Antimony in Slurry Electrolysis Solution
【摘要】 研究了矿浆电解溶液"氯化钠+盐酸体系"中铁屑对锑的置换反应。在反应时间1h、铁屑加入量1.2倍、搅拌速度230~400r/min、温度20~50℃时,锑置换率可以达到99.5%以上,得到的海绵锑纯度达98%以上,解决了矿浆电解过程中铁的积累问题。
【Abstract】 Replacement reaction of antimony with scrap iron was studied in slurry electrolysis solution consisting sodium chloride and hydrochloric acid.Antimony replacement rate is 99.5% above with antimony purity of 98% under the conditions including replacement reaction time of 1h,scrap iron adding quantity of 1.2times,agitation speed of 230~400r/min,and temperature of 20~50℃.Accumulation of iron in slurry electrolysis process is addressed.
