高硫铝土矿分散态焙烧脱硫试验
Experiment of Dispersion Roasting Desulfurization of High-Sulfur Bauxite
【摘要】 采用自制的分散态焙烧炉,对硫含量1.61%的高硫铝土矿进行焙烧脱硫。考察脱硫效果随焙烧温度和时间的变化规律,并探讨了焙烧脱硫的机理。结果表明,在650℃焙烧120s时,分散态焙烧可以实现76.98%的脱硫率,焙烧矿残硫为0.07%,延长焙烧时间或升高温度对提高脱硫率帮助不大。
【Abstract】 High-sulfur bauxite bearing 1.61% S was desulfured by roasting in self-made dispersion state roasting furnace.Effects of roasting time and temperature on desulfurization efficiency were investigated,and desulfurization mechanism was discussed.The results show that desulfurization efficiency is 76.98%with 0.07% sulfur residue in roasted bauxite after dispersion roasting at 650 ℃ for 120 s.Higher temperature or longer time have few effects on improvement of desulfurization efficiency.
