三次NURBS空间曲线的投影等距偏置算法
Offset algorithm of a third-order NURBS curve based on projection
【摘要】 为了提高数控曲线封边机封边刀具路径的精度和光顺性,利用NURBS曲线的仿射不变性,提出一种基于投影法的三次非均匀有理B样条(NURBS)曲线的等距偏置算法。该算法通过三维空间到二维平面的投影避免了空间曲线法矢量的运算,引入控制中点的概念降低了控制内点的重复偏置,运用Obrechkoff参数化法对三次NURBS曲线进行插值保证了插值曲线的光顺性。在MATLAB上进行仿真实验,证明了该算法的有效性和可行性。该算法已应用于数控曲线封边机的封边轨迹系统,实践效果好,算法实用性强。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the precision and fairness of the tool path of the NC curve edge machine, utilizing the affine invariance of Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline(NURBS),an offset algorithm was presented based on projection.The offset algorithm was predigested by using projection from three-dimensional space to two-dimensional plane to avoid calculating the normal vector of space curve and midpoint in place of vertex to avoid the repetition.The algorithm also used the Obrechkoff parametrization interpolation algorithm to ensure the fairness of the interpolation curve.The computer simulation experiments in MATLAB indicated that the offset algorithm is feasible and effective. The algorithm has been applied to the NC curve edge machine.The whole effect is well so that the algorithm is practicability.
