进口原木检疫热处理技术的分析与展望
Review of Heat Treatment Technologies for Log Sterilization
【摘要】 目前进口原木普遍采用溴甲烷熏蒸处理,由于环境友好性差而日益受到限制。木材热处理技术高效、环保,有望成为替代性的原木检疫处理技术。通过比较原木热处理的主要技术标准,分析了汽蒸、干燥和介电加热三种处理工艺的技术特点。提出用汽蒸法处理大径级原木的除害能力广,技术成熟,处理周期适中,应用前景良好。
【Abstract】 The fumigation of imported logs with methyl bromide(MB) is a broadly accepted phytosanitary method. It is now facing more and more limitation due to its adverse environmental impacts. Heat treatment is an effective and eco-friendly alternative to MB treatment. In this paper, steam heating, kiln drying and dielectric heating were comparatively analyzed and their characteristics were summarized. The conclusion is that steam heating is a promising treatment technology because it can realize a quick elimination of various pests and fungi for large-diameter logs.
