【Abstract】 The development of rural social service holds great significance for bringing forward farmers’ comprehensive development, promotingsocial justice and maintaining ecological balance. At the beginning of the new China, the policies and practices taken by the CPC for the public interests in the aspect of rural cultural education, social insurance, public health and hygiene, and water conservancy construction have provided experience for current development of rural social service. We shall strengthen the CPC’s leadership of developing social service in rural areas, highlight farmers’ role in the development, and build up a diversified pattern for it.更多还原
