【摘要】 目的:检测TL1A及其受体DcR3在寻常型银屑病患者皮损组织中的表达。方法:采用免疫组织化学法和实时荧光定量RT-PCR法对30例寻常型银屑病患者皮损中TL1A和DcR3水平进行检测。结果:银屑病组中TL1A和DcR3蛋白阳性表达率分别为93.3%和90%,正常对照组中TL1A和DcR3蛋白阳性表达率分别为20%和60%;银屑病组TL1A mRNA和DcR3 mRNA表达CT值分别为4.909±1.607和3.430±1.449,正常对照组TL1A mRNA和DcR3 mRNA表达CT值分别为1.250±0.650和1.011±0.150,银屑病组中TL1A和DcR3蛋白及mRNA水平明显高于正常对照,差异均有统计学意义。银屑病皮损中TL1A与DcR3的表达以及TL1A mRNA与DcR3 mRNA蛋白的表达均呈正相关性(r=0.735,P<0.01和r=0.2436,P>0.05)。结论:TL1A和DcR3可能参与银屑病炎症的发生机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression of TNF- like ligand 1 aberrance(TL1A) and its receptor decoy receptor3(DcR3) in the skin lesions of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris(PV). Methods: The expression of TL1A and DcR3 in the skin lesions of 30 patients with PV was tested with SP immunohistochemical and real- time fluorescence quantitative RT- PCR method. Results: The positivity rates of TL1A and DcR3 proteins were 93. 3% and 90% in PV,and were 20% and 60% in the normal samples. The expression levels of TL1A mRNA and DcR3 mRNA were(4. 909 ± 1. 607) and(3. 430 ± 1. 449) in PV,and(1. 250 ± 0. 650) and(1. 011 ± 0. 150) in normal skin. The level of TL1A and DcR3 protein and mRNA were significantly higher in PV than that in normal tissue,with a significant difference. There was a positively correlation between the protein level of TL1A and DcR3 in PS( P < 0. 01); TL1A mRNA and DCR3 mRNA expression in psoriatic lesion was a positive correlation( P < 0. 05); TL1A mRNA expression in PS and PASI shows no correlation( P >0. 05); DcR3 mRNA expression in PS was positively correlation with PASI( P < 0. 05).
