【摘要】 目的:检测寻常型银屑病(PV)患者外周血Th17、Th22的水平及相关因子IL-17、IL-22、IL-6的血清水平。方法:PASI评分评估患者病情,采用流式细胞术检测40例PV患者和30例健康对照者外周血Th17和Th22细胞,ELISA法检测血清中IL-17、IL-22和IL-6水平。结果:PV患者Th17细胞及Th22细胞,血清IL-17、IL-22及血清IL-6的水平明显高于健康对照组(P均<0.01),且与PASI呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:Th17和Th22可能参与银屑病的发病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect the level of Thl7 and Th22 and the expression of related cytokines including IL-17,IL-22 and IL-6 in of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods;The disease severity was evaluated by PASI scores.The levels of peripheral blood Th17 and Th22 cells in 40 patients and 30 healthy controls were detected by flow cytometry.The levels of serum IL-17,IL-22 and IL-6 were detected by ELISA.Results:The levels of Th17,Th22,IL-17,IL-22 and IL-6 in the patients with psoriasis vulgaris were higher than those in healthy controls(P<0.01) and were positively correlated with PASI scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:Th17 and Th22 cells may be involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.更多还原
