【摘要】 目的:明确2014年陕西省梅毒血清学检测室间质量评价的效果。方法:梅毒盲样统一采购,分发至341个医疗单位实验室,由各实验室按照梅毒血清学检测规范操作,结果反馈,统一判定。结果:上报质评结果的医疗单位332个,上报率为97.4%。其中梅毒螺旋体抗原血清学检测总体合格率为96.99%,非梅毒螺旋体抗原血清学检测总体合格率为69.88%。结论:陕西性病诊疗医院梅毒实验室检测质量仍有待改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the quality of syphilis serology tests in Shanxi province. Methods: Blinded samples were distributed to the 341 hospitals in Shanxi province and syphilis serology tests were performed according to the standards in hospitals laboratories. Results: The results of 332 hospitals( 97. 4%) were fed back. The correct rate of treponema pallidum antigen serological test and non treponemal antigen serological test were 96. 99% and 69. 88%. Conclusion: The quality of syphilis serology tests needs to be improved in the hospitals of Shanxi.更多还原
