【Abstract】 A 53- year- old female presented progressive facial paralysis for 5 years and edema of both lips for 1 year. Her physical examination showed scrotal tongue and the right facial paralysis. Histopathological examination on his upper lip showed tuberculoid type of granuloma consisting of lymphocytes and histocyctes infiltration,and proliferation of blood vessels. The diagnosis of Melkersson- Rosenthal Syndrome was made.更多还原
