银屑病患者外周血TL1A及其受体DcR3的表达

【摘要】 目的:检测肿瘤坏死因子样配体1A(TL1A)及其受体DcR3在寻常型银屑病患者外周血中的表达。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测30例寻常型银屑病患者及30名健康对照者血清中TL1A及其受体DcR3的水平。结果:银屑病组外周血TL1A和DcR3水平分别为(478.21±231.18)pg/mL和(638.31±310.73)pg/mL,显著高于对照组的(125.67±82.85)pg/mL和(245.16±111.52)pg/mL(均P<0.05)。进行期患者TL1A和DcR3水平分别为(584.91±298.52)pg/mL和(860.41±402.78)pg/mL,显著高于静止期患者的(261.73±120.84)pg/mL和(467.34±225.16)pg/mL(均P<0.05);银屑病患者组外周血TL1A与DcR3水平呈正相关。结论:银屑病患者外周血清TL1A及其受体DcR3水平显著升高,TL1A可能通过与其受体DcR3结合参与银屑病的发生与发展。

【Abstract】 Objective: To detect the level of TL1 A and its receptor DcR3 in the peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: The level of serum L1 A and its receptor DcR3 was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA) in 30 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 30 healthy controls.Results: The level of serum TL1 A and its receptor DcR3 in the patients was( 478. 21 ± 231. 18) pg / mL and(638. 31 ± 310.73) pg/mL,which were higher than those in healthy controls( 125. 67 ± 82. 85 pg/mL and45. 16 ± 111. 52 pg / mL)( P < 0. 05) and those in the patients of progressive stage were( 584. 91 ± 298. 52)pg / mL and( 860. 41 ± 402. 78) pg / mL,which were higher than those in the patients of stable stage( 261. 73± 120. 84 pg / mL and 67. 34 ± 225. 16 pg / mL)( P < 0. 05). The level of TL1 A in the patients with psoriasis vulgaris was positively correlated with DcR3( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The level of TL1 A and its receptor DcR3 in the peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris was significantly increased and TL1 A may play important roles in the progress of psoriasis vulgaris by combining with its receptor DcR3.
